By using CineClub (the "app"), you agree to these terms. CineClub is a free, non-commercial hobby project provided by [YOUR NAME OR HANDLE] ("we").

1. The service

CineClub is provided "as is" and free of charge, with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or that your data won't be lost. It may change, break, or shut down at any time.

2. Your content

You're responsible for the club names, film entries, reviews and comments you post. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or revoke access at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us permission to store and display it within the app in order to run the service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, attack, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the app or its security, and don't use it to harm or harass other people.

4. Film data

Film posters, metadata and where-to-watch information come from The Movie Database (TMDB) and JustWatch. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Those providers' rights remain their own.

5. No warranty and liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including lost data or unavailability.

6. Changes and contact
